学生商业服务条款 & 条件

1. 学生帐户资料. Important student account in为mation notifications are emailed to students at their University email account. Students are responsible 为 checking their University email account 为 such notifications. 使用大学电子邮件帐户的说明可在以下网址找到 电子邮件服务——网络邮件.
   
   
2. 自动拨号和宣布装置. 大学, 连同它的代理人, 代表及承办商, may contact me at the current or any future number that I provide 为 my cellular phone or other wireless device using automated telephone dialing equipment or artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages.

   If a student account balance becomes past due, the University may among other things:
   
   
   1. Assess late payment charges as established by the University in its sole and exclusive discretion;
      
      
   2. Refuse to allow the student to register 为 any future courses or semesters, 接受其他大学服务和/或获得学位;
      
      
   3. Refuse to release official transcripts of grades to the student and/or any other person or entity;
      
      
   4. 5. 贷款和教育福利. 大学可以提供, 延长或预支资金, 为学生提供的学分和/或其他经济便利, 用于支付学费和/或其他费用, 但前提是学生将重新支付这些款项. 所有这些数额, 除奖学金外, 奖学金, 津贴和/或学费减免, are loans and/or educational benefits which students must repay to the University together with late payment charges as established by the University. 考虑到允许学生上课, students agree to repay the University 为 those loans and/or educational benefits.
   
   
6. 取消. Students who have not paid their student account balance in full by the payment due dates established by the University will be canceled and removed from classes with a 100% tuition refund. 7. 退回付款/未付款协议. If a payment made to a student account is returned by the financial institution 为 any reason, the student must repay the original amount of the payment plus a returned payment charge as determined by the University. 多次退款, and/or failure to comply with the terms of any payment plan or agreement entered into between a student and the University may result in cancellation of current classes and any future registrations.

9. 不出席. Non-attendance does not relieve students of financial responsibility 为 the courses in which they have enrolled or their housing contract.
   
   
10. 财政援助调整. Students are responsible 为 all amounts due to the University as a result of financial aid adjustments, including without limitation any such adjustments resulting from cancellations or removals as referenced in Paragraph 6 above.
    
    
11. 第三方付款人. Students are responsible 为 charges not paid by their corporate sponsors, employers and/or other third parties who may have agreed to pay their tuition and/or other charges.
    
    
12. 费用的支付/支付承诺. 学生理解并同意这一点, when registering 为 any class at the University or receiving any service from the University, 学生承担全部责任支付所有学费, 费用, housing costs and any other associated costs as a result of the student’s registration and/or receipt of services. Each student further understands and agrees that his or her registration at the University and acceptance of these terms constitutes a promissory note agreement (i.e. a financial obligation in the 为m of an educational loan as defined by the United States Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8)) in which the University is providing each student educational services and/or deferring some or all of the payment obligations 为 those services.
    
    
13. 国税局1098-T表. All students must provide their social security number (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN) to the University upon request, 根据美国国税局(IRS)的规定, 为 国税局1098-T表 报告目的. Students who fail to provide their SSN or TIN will be responsible to pay, 及/或偿还大学费用, 为 any and all fines assessed to the University by the IRS as a result of the missing SSN/TIN.
