研究生 Certificate in Productivity Improvement

Productivity Improvement 研究生 Certificate 是为 任何工程师 who wants access to the productivity tools needed for their current job, or to upgrade their skills to help get a promotion or a better job.

的 flexible 4-5 course requirement allows students to select from a variety of productivity improvement courses as follows:

  1. Select any 3 courses from:
    • Statistical Quality Analysis
    • Lean Principles and Application
    • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Production Systems and Workflow Analysis
    • Supply Chain Modeling and Analysis
    • Engineering Decision Analysis
    • 电子商务与ERP
    • Foundations of 系统工程 I
    • Statistical Methods in Engineering
    • Engineering Operations 研究 - Stochastic Models
    • Computer Simulation of Discrete Event Systems
    • Computer-Integrated Manufacturing Systems
  2. Select 1-2 courses (totaling 4 credits) from the list above or from over 15 additional courses including:
    • Engineer Project Management, 人为因素, 机器人系统, Industrial Automations Systems, 数据分析, several 2-credit courses in PLM Applications (Product Data Management, 变更管理, Throughput Simulation, 机器人, 人体工程学)等等.

All courses are offered in the evening - and some courses are also available online.  You may join the certificate program at any time and begin taking classes in either September, January or May (limited course availability in May).

Admission is open to engineers with a undergraduate degree from any field of engineering - mechanical, electrical, computer, civil, etc.  No make-up courses are required.

Applicants with a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering technology discipline will be considered for admission, but may have to take additional preparatory courses.
